  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
  • Ensure reception area and office area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  • Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence
  • Maintain office supplies and keep inventory of stock
  • Arrange travel and accommodations of Engineers
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
  • Monitor office supplies and research advantageous deals or suppliers
